Sorry to hear that. Unfortunately there is no way for me to customize the shortcut based on locale at the moment.
Hopefully Firefox will support customizing the shortcut in a future version.
P.S. You can always download the code, change the shortcut, and load the extension in about:debugging.

Due to this, I have incompatibility issues with other browsers.

Hopefully they will add support for customizing the shortcut in a future Firefox version. I can't do anything unfortunately. :(

Would it be possible to *not* switch to the duplicated tab after it's created? I would just like to create it in the "background".

pubblicato il 7 anni faIt is now possible to create the new tab in the background, but one drawback is that the tab history is not preserved. - Valutata 5 su 5di Utente Firefox 12892697, 7 anni faWorks gloriously and now I don't have to go through the trouble of grabbing my mouse. Ergonomics save the day. ;) It's actually more of a "keyboard macro" than a "shortcut".
