Worked great when it works, but it seems to have the right click button held on even after gesture is complete. So when I scroll up or down, it zooms in and out until I press the right click button again. It seems to be linked to rocker gestures and wheel gestures; with both off there is no issue. This is also a problem in a similar add-on called Gesturefy, but the frequency of 'error' is greater with this add-on.
I never had this problem with the original FireGestures; maybe this is API related.
Edit: Found out that this is a conflict between Foxy Gestures and Zoom Page WE, so if anyone has the same problem then you'd have to disable right-click and scroll function in Zoom Page WE so there is no interference. - Valutata 5 su 5di iioiooioo, 7 anni faThis is the best gesture support for a browser in existence. Well done, thank you!

- Valutata 3 su 5di Utente Firefox 13078201, 7 anni faNice & simple, I like it.
However, it leaves the r-click menu open after a tab close; that's rather annoying. - Valutata 5 su 5di Utente Firefox 13892325, 7 anni fa
- Valutata 4 su 5di Fonzie!, 7 anni faAdd a gesture-box for View Page Info and I'll rate 5 stars!
Other than missing one box, it's perfect! - Valutata 2 su 5di Tobz, 7 anni faWorks really well. Only gripe is the amount of permissions it asks for.
You definitely don't need all those mate.
Will 5 star once permissions are reduced to only the necessary ones.Replica dello sviluppatore
pubblicato il 7 anni faI explained why I needed the permissions in the description. Anyway, now that I moved to optional permissions it not an issue anymore. - Valutata 5 su 5di Jonathan Cardona Rojas, 7 anni faThank you so much for this. FireGestures was essential. It's great to have mouse gestures again.

FoxyGestures is an actively developed, feature-rich gestures recognizer that can greatly enhance your browsing productivity. It allows defining custom gestures triggering custom user scripts for advanced browser control/automation, for example to automate the Tree Style Tabs addon. It can also be used very conveniently with a Wacom pen by drawing gestures in the air. (If you have problems with air gestures since Microsoft's pen scrolling in Windows 10 v1709, see https://github.com/marklieberman/foxygestures/issues/217#issuecomment-365014892 for a workaround config.)
@all those who have submitted 1-star feedback complaining about bookmark access permissions:
- Are you aware that technically all addons before Firefox v57 had access to all your bookmarks?
- There are users like me who want to control bookmarks (like adding a new ones) via gestures.
- If you don't trust an addon, feel free not to use it. Or build your trust by checking its open(!) source code at https://github.com/marklieberman/foxygestures for any phone-home code. (I didn't find any.)
- As a general-purpose gestures addon that allows you to write&configure custom user scripts, it would defy this addon's purpose to disallow access to certain parts of your browser.
- If you really want an option to granuarly give/remove permissions to/from FoxyGestures, consider posting an enhancement request on https://github.com/marklieberman/foxygestures/issues and see what the developer thinks about this. Giving 1-star feedback here because of this isn't constructive! - Valutata 1 su 5di Utente Firefox 13771389, 7 anni faRead and edit my bookmarks and browser settings??? Ummmm, how about no? I don't care that it doesn't work with my bookmarks or browser settings page.
Uninstalling. - Valutata 5 su 5di Utente Firefox 13109970, 7 anni fa5 STARS! LOVE IT!
This is a great replacement for Fire Gestures, which is a legendary XUL addon. Thanks so much for the hard work implementing a great web extension replacement.
One question. Would it be possible to add support for the WebExtension named Temporary Containers, or provide that developer with an API to register events within Foxy Gestures so links can be opened in a Temporary Container with a mouse gesture?
The dev of Temporary Containers stated they would need that support so thier addon could work with Foxy Gestures.
Anyhow, thanks again for this brilliant addon! - Valutata 4 su 5di Utente Firefox 12010472, 7 anni faGreat addon but after last update gestures suddenly stop working on some sites and I can't click anything on that site after reload there is ok but after use some gestures again gestures and the site stop working.
- Valutata 5 su 5di Utente Firefox 13455720, 7 anni faThis replaces FireGestures for me. Does what it needs to do.
People - this is open source, you can check the code and the linked issues/requests on things like new permissions due to feature requests etc. - Valutata 5 su 5di Grey-Black-White, 7 anni faIt is a great add-on that provides me a good range of mouse gestures that I use everyday. Many people complained about the demise of firegestures, but if it was another time and both add-ons existed simultaneously, I would still prefer this add-on over firegestures because its clean interface and it is lightweight on resources.
