I also found the voice tone and intonation made for an exceptionally good listener experience. This is a great app and congratulations to its developers. Thank you!

- Valutata 3 su 5di Utente Firefox 18662249, 17 giorni faThe googlecloud voices are pretty good, but they don't play well with VPN (I have to update their permissions at least once per day). So be prepared for choppy robot voices, or having to do extra steps to use the add on every day.
It would also be nice if instead of having a separate popout window, it just highlighted the word it was reading on the webpage itself, with just pause/play and skip buttons. (Even better if I could click on the page and play from there instead of having to skip a bunch of the content to find where I want to resume listening)
All of that said, the add-on does read the pages for me, and once I confirm I'm not a robot the google voices are great. - Valutata 4 su 5di jgnetworksecurity, 20 giorni fa

Please do something read aloud is our only hope

- Valutata 4 su 5di O. Delannoy, un mese faL'écoute des pages HTML et PDF est correcte dans l'ensemble. Certains mots ne sont pas bien reproduits, mais la transcription est bien meilleure que d'autres outils du genre.

there are so many good voices to install. Cori and Jenny_Dioco are the best IMO - Valutata 5 su 5di NEWMAN88FREEDOM, un mese fa
- Valutata 4 su 5di numInt, un mese faThank you for the very nice add-on. it's very useful. But one thing as a sorry point is that the shortcut key is not editable for now. I have set it in the past, and it has been kept but it doesn't function. I can't find any buttons like 'Edit' despite that I can see the list of shortcut keys. Further, the shortcut key also doesn't work now(I have to 'click' the icon). Due to the settings of the FIrefox's security?
p.s. It seems like shortcut keys conflict among some add-ons in my choices. It can be resolved with the editor for the shortcut key if it works. - Valutata 3 su 5di Azarilh, un mese faGood 1: It detects text automatically.
Good 2: It highlights the sentence it's reading.
Problem 1: It's in a popup, instead of highlighting directly on the website.
Problem 2: Voices are trash for today's standards.
First problem is not a big deal, but the second problem is a deal breaker, with today's AI technology. Could it be possible to use Edge's AI voices? There's an addon that does that, but Read Aloud is a more advanced addon, really, the voices are the only real problem. - Valutata 3 su 5di PHAN NHAT THAU, un mese fa

- Valutata 1 su 5di lynn, un mese faRead Aloud worked great for a few years but now it does not work. The spinner comes up and words get highlighted but that is all that happens.
