Can you list the main issues. I would like to know more and please make sure you have the latest version and have auto-update for the add-on turned on (it may not work by default because it's still listed as experimental).

Some of the future plans:
* Add ability to add pages from url bar and context menu
* Change the whole UI
* Add a cursor when using shortcuts to know whether you're typing the first or second digit
* Restrict to only rows/columns groups (to more easily remember group dial numbers).

Note that the shortcuts can only be used if a tab content is focused (a hack can make ~10 shortcuts work). This is a technical limitation with how Firefox changed since quantum and this same hack doesn't work on Google Chrome (this extension works on it too).

2018-11-02: You can now 1) Add a page from the browser close to the location bar or by dragging a bookmark or URL to thumbnail. 2) see a cursor that will help you to know if you're typing the first or second digit. 3) Only use groups and columns to more easily remember the numbers to dial.
