- Rated 5 out of 5by Taner, 4 years agoHow to make db connection windows waterfox ? App work fine just can't connect to database but firefox is fine.
Edit:
I fix it. This:
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Waterfox\NativeMessagingHosts]
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Waterfox\NativeMessagingHosts\org.keepassxc.keepassxc_browser]
@="C:\\Users\\taner\\AppData\\Local\\KeePassXC\\org.keepassxc.keepassxc_browser_tor-browser.json"
Please add offical support to waterfox.Developer response
posted 4 years agoThe next version of KeePassXC (2.6.0) will bring a custom browser option that will solve this kind of issues with smaller browser projects. Sadly it will be only supported with Linux and macOS for now. Still, it allows an easier extension support for smaller browser projects like Waterfox. - Rated 5 out of 5by Jonathan VK, 4 years ago

- Rated 5 out of 5by Sébastien Dinot, 4 years agoA precious plugin, trivial to use (no excuse). Thanks to KeePassXC and this plugin, I can securely store all my passwords in a single container. Having a strong and different password per site / application is no more an issue. All users should use this plugin.

KeepassXC uses open-source password file format kdbx.
Via cloud, format can easily be shared even with iOS (e.g. Strongbox). - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 15418778, 5 years ago

Thanks you. And excuse my English, please.
I'm working with Ubuntu 18.04 and Firefox. I've read the guide and... there's no native-messaging-hosts folder neither org.keepassxc.keepassxc_browser.json file. So...
And I don't even know if this is the right place to answer.Developer response

EDIT: Make sure you are not using Firefox installed via Snap or Flatpak. Use the normal version installed from the repository. The native messaging folder and JSON file should appear when you enable the Browser Integration from KeePassXC. If this doesn't solve the problem, please make a new issue to GitHub with additional details. Thanks. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 15837792, 5 years ago
