- Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 13816273, 5 years agoI think this app is a great idea (and very respectful with privacy). Nonetheless , when I click the youtube bottom, the download starts automatically as mp3. There is no way I can download for video format. If I go to "Convert again" and I select mp4 (or any video format), it won't start no matter how many ties I click on the start bottom. Any advice here? Many thanks!

- Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 13697152, 7 years ago2.5 stars because it works. But every time I use it it opens a really annoying, dangerous looking spammy ad site and makes a really annoying beeping sound that tells me there are viruses on my computer and has a button to clear them. That's really a no-no. If you want to get malware on your system that's a good way to do it. The website that converts the videos to mp3s is also really slow to download from. So I'm removing it from my computer and looking elsewhere. I'd be willing to pay for an add-on that just does the job without all the annoying and possibly dangerous ad sites that pop up. It's a shame that the developers took the underhanded sleazy approach to monetizing their work. They have a donation button, and I would certainly donate if not for that. The slow download speed is a minus too, but nothing compared to the awful ad pop-unders.
