Neither addon or app does not work at all. I'm pressing the button, trying to login and nothing pops up. Looks like a stub for an app, but not the app itself. I tried to reinstall the addon and it didn't help. I went to the tech support instead and they are ignoring me for more than 24hrs. Their desktop app also worked for first 2-3 months (while money back is available I guess) and then stopped. Online support is still ignoring me.
UPD: I haven't received the ID. I was ignored by support. TotallyDeveloper response

Im not able to click other buttons like for ex. "disconnect". I can only scroll and choose which country i wanna connect. Its very annoying. Help me.
