- Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 13717695, 4 months agoIt's useful but I need the tabs to open in the work container, not the default one. Otherwise it works well.

- Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 18145713, 9 months agoI like the convenience of this app but everything opens in a new tab. By the end of a day I end up with millions of tabs. I would like an option to make it open in the current tab.

- Rated 1 out of 5by samdunham, a year agoOkta deprecated the PIN functionality in September. It's currently October. And the Firefox plugin still asks for a PIN when you attempt to log in. So basically, Okta is useless in Firefox at the moment.

- Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 13725588, 2 years agoIt worked pretty well with a single okta instance. But I now have multiple okta instances, and first of all, I can't figure out a way to switch between the instances using the keyboard, so I have to reach over for my mouse. And when I navigate to one of the domains for an okta instance, it changes the currently selected instance in the plugin to match. And selecting a profile in the plugin doesn't just change the plugin's selected profile, it navigates you to the okta webpage for that instance, which isn't the best user experience.
Basically, the experience with multiple okta instances/domains is clunky and awkward.
