by Johann, 3 years agoSince months I use your TST, but there is a problem:
When opening a lost session via Tab Session Manager the tab order ist lost.
Does nobody have this same problem ?
Perhaps its only an adjustment.
I did tests now by saving and reopen of a (one) window:
Reopening works fine when active tab is the most right one.
Atherwise only the tabs left to the active one are correct after reopening. The tabs to the right of the active one are reopened in wrong order.
What I think also, saving is not the problem, it's the reopening !
Whould be nice to hear if you found that as i do and more nice if you would correct this issue.

It's a must have for me, BUT there is a bug when FF 68.9.0esr crashes:
I had a structure with about 50 tabs. I closed this window, left an other open. The closed window was automatically saved in "Tab Session Manager". Shortly later my Browser crashed. I thought no problem I have saved my important window and structure.
. But NO, after FF restart there are no chronicles within FF and after restore from "Tab Session Manager" the structure was lost.
-> This loss never happens when I closed and restarted FF.
My questions:
-How do I get back my structure ? or
-What must I do that in this situation my structure is automatically restored ?
Hopefully you are able to help !?! (running OS is Windows 8)
NOW I found a solution for me. Perhaps you will correct this once:
I found out that a restore from "TabSessionManager" is mirroring the tab-order.
So when Firefox is crashing and I really have to use a restore from "TabSessionManager", I save again the restored tabs and restore it again.
-> A double-mirroring will bring it in correct order and "TrueStyleTab" brings back my lost style.
Conclusion: I think the fault is in "TabSessionManager" not in "TrueStyleTab"

Why does copying (alt+D+enter) a subtab create a new parent tab instead of creating it at the same level?
Please don't update. It gets worse with every update.

Problems in previous versions have been fixed.
Thank you for the quick feedback.
This add-on is one of the best add-ons for Firefox.

This is a really bad update.
The previously intuitive drag/tree creation method has become truly confusing.
01. In the past, if I dragged a tab and put it inside, it created a new subtree, but now I have to drag it on top or bottoem of the tab to create a new subtree. (It’s different every time. What are the rules?)
02. In some cases I can create a subtree of tabs, but in other cases I cannot create a subtree of tabs. It becomes really sensitive when dragging.
03. It is not possible to create a new tree by dragging a child tab that does not have child tabs.
(There's more, but that's all I remember...)
What is the reason for this update??
Instead, it has become really, really confusing.
It would be nice to roll back. At first I thought there was something wrong with Firefox.
The usual tree style tab is 5 stars.
But I'm giving it 1 star because of this update.

I'm not exaggerating when I say this add on is a lifesaver and should be a feature on all browers by default, tabs are elegantly displayed and you can swiftly deduce what is important for further reading and what is unimportant and close them swiftly, trees also automatically form and categorize further if you've branched off from a particular tab, I've just closed 2000+ tabs I've procrastinated closing for approximately 1 month. - Rated 5 out of 5by CrystalSplitter, 4 days ago

Also realization of tab pinning and tab containers is not very convenient. And creating new tab button is (only) on bottom side of page which is not convenient too. Also I always forget about tabs tree and start using native top menu, and tab tree doesn't even (only icon like in chrome mobile groups maybe) copy there.
P.S. Also with 100+ tabs Firefox crashes several time a day, but I'm not sure that's just because tab tree - Rated 5 out of 5by infirms, 19 days ago
- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 17501884, 20 days ago
- Rated 5 out of 5by Lakshya, 22 days agoI am a coder who is working on a big web project, to organize all my tabs, this extension plays a very big role. I recommend this extension to everyone.
