- Rated 3 out of 5by belowfish, 9 months agoThis is a very solid vpn. Good price, lots of servers and easy to use settings.
However I have to bump this review down quite a bit because of the state the firefox extension is in. I found loads of dnsleaks between this extension and the chrome version which seems completely solid. I tried using the firefox browser extension for a while to see how stable and fast it was compared to the desktop application or chrome, and less than 24 hours later I noticed my ip was getting picked up by trackers and my isp was easily logging my activity.
So again tunnelbear itself is really great, but the firefox extension is borderline broken atm. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 18268786, 9 months ago

- Rated 1 out of 5by matsumura88, a year agoWorst VPN application I used! Closes connection after i leave browser for literally one second, forget about privacy with this shitty VPN. Extension window opens only from 3rd or 4th time. Better use another one!
DOES NOT RECOMMEND! - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 17841562, a year ago
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13457301, a year agoThere browser extensions for mozilla firefox and chrome have no way to save your credentials, and don't auto log you in and automatically connect as soon the browser is opened... You have to click on the extension icon which brings you to a page where you can SIGN UP... if the person already has the extension they sure as shit have the product. You have to click "Or use an existing account" in fine print below. CLICKING THE LOGIN ON THE EXTENSION ICON SHOULD TAKE YOU TO THE LOGIN!! NOT THE SIGNUP!! You guys actually fixed that the day I first complained about it and a month later it was put back. Fix it again... or better yet set your browser extension to allow you to auto connect as soon as you open your browser, by remembering your credentials...
