- Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 13266008, a year agoThis add-on works great, but I noticed a problem where it blocked Bloomberg even though I had the "skip users with over 1.0M followers" setting on. It shouldn't have blocked Bloomberg because it had over 9M followers.

posted a year agothe follower threshold option only applies to blue accounts, if you have the option to block users that promote tweets or nft avatars, they will bypass that threshold. the wording on the menu will be updated at some point - Rated 5 out of 5by ZombieWolf, a year ago
- Rated 5 out of 5by Gabriel, a year agoFinally able to remove spammers, parody accounts and conspiracy theorists from Twitter.
This also doesn't interfere with people you follow.
if you use Twitter, you must have this extension! - Rated 5 out of 5by Lebster, a year agoThis add-on appears to work for most people, but for me, it doesn't do anything. It won't save my settings, doesn't block or mote anyone, and its queue is always empty.
EDIT: the add-on works as designed after re-installing it.Developer response
posted a year agoit sounds like the extension installed fine, but is unable to access local storage for some reason. this is pretty critical to how all extensions work. do you have any other extensions installed that have this issue?
could you make an issue on github so that we can try to figure out the root cause of this issue?

- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 14587546, a year agoWorks like a charm, the only thing I'd like to see added in the future however is something along the lines of being able to set up a cooldown after reaching block limit in which the extension won't block accounts but still add them to the queue.
I know the block cooldown is there to circumvent that however even after setting it up to one block a minute I ended up getting logged out from twitter after a few hours so they might've messed with the block limit and cooldown for it.
On top of that, I just think it could be useful to have the block cooldown and a cooldown for the amount blocked just in case anyone would like to have people blocked as quick as possible - Rated 5 out of 5by lix, a year ago

Initially I tweaked the bar down for ignoring blue accounts with low follower counts but quickly reset it to the suggested number.
I also initially went with a lower idle time but am aware that if we go too low we can get automation-banned. - Rated 5 out of 5by Eno, a year ago

- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 17246962, a year agoPretty great. Blocks mostly all the annoying people pushed to the top of replies so working as intended. If there was one thing I'd add it'd be a way to add people to the "never block" list without having to open the queue some how.
EDIT: As of about May 20th 2024, this extension is no longer functional, possibly because of the domain name change of "Twitter" to "X" .com, but i dunno for sure, but it's for sure not working anymore - Rated 5 out of 5by Cleridwen, a year ago

- Rated 3 out of 5by Rusty, a year agoWorks great, but ever since I downloaded it I seem to randomly get logged out of twitter with a message at the bottom that reads "Your account may not be allowed to perform this action, please refresh the page or try again" or something along those lines. I don't know if this is a result of me clicking on posts at the same time that the bot blocks an account, leading to twitter thinking I'm behaving like a bot, or what. It's annoying though not nearly as annoying as having twitter blue nerds in my replies constantly

posted a year agoyou may want to try adjusting the block interval. it defaults to 15 seconds, which should be good, but a lower number puts you at a risk of getting logged out due to rate limiting. - Rated 5 out of 5by solomonope, a year ago
- Rated 3 out of 5by L. V., a year agodefinitely blocks twitter blue accounts, but it tends to leave some leftover even after i refresh the page. i've also had it re-block one account i manually unblocked twice.
also, for some reason i more often than not get the notification that an account has been blocked (which already takes up a bit of space) repeated about 2-5 times for the same twitter account, which visually takes up a lot of space, and presumably makes me unable to tell which other accounts it has additionally blocked, should i want to unblock one of them.Developer response
posted a year agohey! the reason why some accounts are "left over" is because blocking needs to be done slowly over time to prevent your account from getting locked. you can view the accounts queued to be blocked from the context menu found by clicking the addon's icon in your browser's toolbar.
as for the repeated messages, I've experienced that bug as well and I'm not sure of the cause, but I'm looking into it.
regarding unblocking, the addon will not re-block a user you've unblocked when you click "undo" from the popups (or "never block" from the queue viewer). however, if you manually unblock them, the addon does not yet detect this and know to safelist them. the best I can suggest at the moment is to wait for them to be added to the queue and then click "never block". I'm sorry I don't have a better answer yet. - Rated 5 out of 5by goose, a year agoBest addon for twitter by far, works flawlessly and is rich in features. I appreciate the option to auto block NFT profile pics.
