- Rated 2 out of 5by Firefox user 18808553, a month agoWorks some of the time. Proxy config works for containers 1 and 2 consistently enough. Containers 3 and 4 (and Incognite) quit using it after a while and consume all my limited hotspot data after a couple of weeks.
See no way to respond directly to the Developer response below, but oh good grief. I get 60 GB of data but only 20 GB of hotspot data and run a socks proxy on the phone. A proxy doesn't change my overall volume of of internet usage, yes, but can have a tremendous impact on my hotspot usage. Data plans in which hotspot data is considerably less than total data are common. I have a couple of cameras in the house that aren't proxy aware and when the hotspot data is consumed the cameras quit working even though I still have plenty of data. - Rated 2 out of 5by Firefox user 14040845, 7 months agoNew version is very terrible. Interface is unintuitive, regex format seem to change, and overall it's worse in every way. And there were not reason to change it, as previous version (that can be installed from file) works perfectly fine. Version 7.5.1 that can be obtained from reddit and other sources is the one to use, not this new terrible one.
- Rated 2 out of 5by Eric, 8 months agoIt's getting worse and worse. I didn't like at all the current presentation/way to work compared to previous versions, and now the "Proxy by pattern" option has disappeared when I click on the extension, I have only "Disable" or my proxy to select, and the patterns don't work of course, they worked only when "Proxy by pattern" was enabled. Edit since I cannot reply to the answer below: I do have patterns there associated to my socks server, I've been using them for a long time, it's just that the menu entry "Proxy by pattern" has suddenly disappeared.... Only full proxy or disabled are still available. Is there a support forum where I could put screenshots?

posted 8 months ago"Proxy by Patterns" wont appear if user doesn't have any patterns. Obviously, once user adds some patterns, "Proxy by Patterns" will appear too. - Rated 2 out of 5by Albert, a year agoThe eighth version you destroyed your creation. I had to return to version 7.5.1 and disable the update. Thank you.
- Rated 2 out of 5by Firefox user 16205598, a year agoThe selected proxy is not applied after the update. System information - android 14, Google Pixel 7, Firefox version - 120.2.1

- Rated 2 out of 5by Firefox user 14374719, 3 years ago用的socks5代理,当代理出故障时候, 浏览器以及 foxyProxy 也会跟着卡住,停止响应,不是很好用。
- Rated 2 out of 5by Firefox user 12132439, 3 years agoWorks well but obsolete as with Firefox Multi-Account Containers you can use proxies more easily and with much more flexibility
- Rated 2 out of 5by Nijaz Muratović, 4 years agoGood because allows multiple profiles and patterns. But bad because too large UI, so can't see even bit longer profile names, neither on icon nor in options except when editing profile. Also changing username only does not work, keeps using old username...
