Disagreeing with the permission changes in version 2.0.2 from February 24, 2025. I don't see why seeing what I do while browsing is necessary—it feels like an invasion of privacy. - Rated 3 out of 5by mofumaya, a month agoit does what it says, but i really dislike the new icons that were added. a setting to change them back to plaintext would be nice
- Rated 3 out of 5by Scott, a month agoTitle is accurate, but description is not. "Fine-grained control 0% - 600%" is not true, volume can only be adjusted in 10% increments, if you want any volume under 10% find another extension, like I'm about to do now.
- Rated 3 out of 5by min, 5 months agoShould be able to have a default setting in general and for specific URIs. Otherwise works as advertised.
- Rated 3 out of 5by r0n, 5 months agoWorks BUT you can NOT change the CTRL+SHIFT+6 keyboard shortcut. That keyboard shortcut is also used in the firefox containers extension. Otherwise I would give 5 stars.
- Rated 3 out of 5by Rlymanyoung, 5 months agoWorks well. The issue is that it doesn't retain the setting between videos.
- Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 18185778, 5 months agoIt works fine, but it can't remember my volume settings for different tabs, even on the same website. For example, if I open one reel on Instagram DMs and adjust the volume for it, the next reel I open will have 100% volume, regardless of what I previously set.
- Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 16649381, 6 months agoIt works well in some sites, but in others, once you edit the volume, the sound just mutes and you can only get it back by refreshing the page, which also resets the add-on volume.
- Rated 3 out of 5by Kat, 6 months agoWorks, but doesn't remember my volume setting every time I open a new tab. Does what I need it to, but irritating I have to set it every time.

- Rated 3 out of 5by cookie, 6 months agoAfter a few days I've figured out why some (or most) of my tabs are no longer playing any sound, it was because of this extension, until this is remedied or fix I cannot recommend this extension for anything more than just playing Youtube, dissapointed
Old Review: (5Stars)
This Extension is superb, it doesn't crank up the gain and blow your ears out, lol.
It instead just increases the raw volume (with slight gain, hardly noticeable at around 200%)
Fully recommend!
Also developer would you accept paypal donations? I saw your "please support me" but I'd rather not have an AD in every page! - Rated 3 out of 5by Qunaxy, 6 months ago
- Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 13516319, 6 months agoOnce it is set, I wish it would stay at the same level for all tabs without every time you go to a different tab. Very awkward.
- Rated 3 out of 5by Nim, 7 months agoThere seems to be a problem where some sites/video players get completely muted if you try to use this add-on on them, not working at all and forcing you to refresh.

- Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 15070452, 7 months agoIt's unusable because it's impossible to change the hotkey even it could have conflct with other apps.
- Rated 3 out of 5by BootyGazm, 7 months agovery nice, but whenever watching netflix, it resets volume everytime a new episode loads. Its VERY annoying. i wonder if the developer can work out a fix.
- Rated 3 out of 5by Rakshit Gupta, 7 months agothe audio level gets enhanced but it feels more like 1.5X instead of 6X

- Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 14619803, 10 months agoGood add-on....when it works! Sometimes just doesn't work. Sometimes mutes audio for videos on certain websites. Sometimes BREAKS the video playback on some websites, like Archive.org
