- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13880448, 3 months agoIt has been a long time that this addon has stopped working. In general the whole Diigo service has been going violently downward. I was just re-billed for the annual 40$. I don't see myself paying again.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Please Insert Pun, 10 months agoThe extension has stopped working on Firefox. I have been a major Diigo user for years and have a premium plan, but if the extension does not work on my preferred browser, I might have to look into changing what tool is use for web annotation.

Anne Le huérou - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 16746023, 10 months agoDiigo does not answer priority support for premium customers - Diigo appears not to work any longer in Firefox. I have used diigo for many years.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 16472258, 4 years agoCan't make line breaks in notes. (When you press "enter" in a note, nothing happens).
A shame, because this extension works great in Chrome. - Rated 1 out of 5by Shan, 5 years agoCannot sign in, cannot find support to get extension working. Stuck in an endless loop of asking me to sign in.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Web-Surf-Dot-Org, 5 years agoThis extension was always clunky but since few weeks, it does not work at all. I highlight pages, they appear highlighted and when I revisit them, they are gone.
Few dozens notes went to waste before I realized all my work is not being saved.
I had "Professional" user tier mostly for assets fetching but this too stopped working.
