- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 16956326, a year agoEZProxy Redirect Foxified just works. It includes tons of proxies from all kinds of universities and libraries. If yours isn't listed, you can add a custom one. And the addon works within mere seconds.
- Rated 5 out of 5by PerooNoob, 2 years agoVery simple and effective. The database of proxies can be extended in Github :D
- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 17631614, 2 years agoVery straightforward, significantly better than my old flow-breaking process of copy-pasting the specific database's proxy url in! Super useful for articles found through non-library links, Google/scholar searches etc
- Rated 5 out of 5by jakepat, 4 years agoStraightforward and reliably does what it says on the tin. Indispensable for doing uni at home.
- Rated 5 out of 5by rndusr, 4 years agoThis extension is very useful for people employed in academia, who wish to easily access research papers via their library's proxy without going via the library's (always hopeless) search portal.
However, the fact that there does not seem to exist any public repository for the code is an utter nuisance that prevents me from rating this extension higher than three stars. Simply saying that it is based on EZProxy Redirect (which does have a public repository), without in any way indicating what the differences are, is shady at best.
UPDATE: Thank you for making the code available, as mandated by the license used. I am now happy to give this extension five stars.Developer response

- Rated 5 out of 5by Tom5760, 7 years agoHey, author of the Chrome version here. I've updated my version of the extension which should now support Firefox along with Chrome with the same code base. If you want, feel free to update this with that code base. Otherwise, do you have the source for your port available?
