- Rated 3 out of 5by Shan Sanear, 2 months agoPlease, add amazon.pl. Doesn't even need to have language support itself (just like .fr/.it/.es) but would greatly help with browsing there.

- Rated 3 out of 5by Drug2, a year agoAnsich ganz gut aber KEEPA erkennt keine PRIME Angebote.

- Rated 3 out of 5by nurunet, 4 years agoSeems cool so far, but getting it to show was a bit tricky. Allowing http(s)://keepa.com in the Cookie exceptions did not do the trick - I had to turn off FF's tracking protection for my local Amazon site. Wish that could have been prevented.

posted 4 years agoOur "Keepa Box", the iframe the add-on injects on the Amazon website, is considered 3rd party on Amazon and therefore data access can be blocked by the tracking protection. Without access to the localstorage the Keepa Box does not work. - Rated 3 out of 5by kobi-wan, 4 years agoIt's working great on Windows. But why is it not working with Firefox for Android (daylight) anymore?

posted 5 years agoPlease contact info@keepa.com with your error and we will help. Most common issue are other add-ons like privacy badger or similar blocking the insertion of our Keepa box on Amazon. - Rated 3 out of 5by niczak, 6 years ago

- Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 14182659, 7 years agoRequires to authenticate to a third-party service to Amazon to see the price history on Amazon. Makes little sense to me. However, seems to work beyond that deal breaker.

posted 7 years agoWhen you install this add-on you have to grant it permission to access Amazon sites. That is an obvious requirement, as without access rights it would be unable to embed the price histories on product pages.
In case your browser is set to block 3rd party cookies you have to add an exception for Keepa.com so that the Keepa Box (the iframe embedded on Amazon which contains the price history) has access to its own cookies/storage, as otherwise it could not access any settings or, if you registered an account, your session. - Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 12524071, 7 years ago

- Rated 3 out of 5by Dan Theman, 7 years agoI'm looking at an item on Amazon with Keepa installed right now. Keepa's chart says the lowest "new" price at this moment is $140, but Amazon says it is $144.99. I'd love to know where Keepa is finding it for $140 because it sure isn't available to me!

posted 7 years agoHi Dan,
On a product listing on Amazon multiple merchants can offer the product for different prices. Amazon then chooses the “best” offer among those to display on the product page, in the so called Buy Box.
Keepa does not track the buy box, it tracks the cheapest price of all available offers, shipping costs not included, per condition.
The "new" price type is the lowest New price by a 3rd party seller or Amazon, shipping not included.
When on the product page there is a box on the right showing “Other Sellers on Amazon”, which also contains a link to see all offers. There you should find the offer for $140, shipping not included.
If you want to see a price history with shipping costs included you can enable the price types with a small shipping truck icon next to them. To enable additional price types just click on them in the legend next to the graph. Note though, that we do not track all price types for all products.
