- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18491212, 24 days agoDoes not start when commanded. Does not auto fill. Program is a rip off. Will auto renew without notification. You cannot cancel the auto renew or the program. This is a crappy program and this company steals. How can we trust a program with sensitive information that steals?
- Rated 1 out of 5by autobyte, a month agoThis extension has a memory leak. When I have over 500+ tabs open (I know that is a lot, but I use Sidebery to manage it) firefox doesn't launch. It consumes all of my system memory and eventually I have to kill it. Removing this specific extension fixes the problem.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 16922715, 5 months agoThis extension has been broken for me for about a year. I believe it has something to do with the fact that I use a security key to log in, because other users seem to be able to sign in with it. When I try to sign in after entering my password the loader never stops spinning and this error is printed in the console: "Uncaught (in promise) DOMException: A parameter or an operation is not supported by the underlying object".
- Rated 1 out of 5by raptros-v76, a year agoPlease stop opening a new tab telling me how to pin the keeper addon to my toolbar: I don't want to pin it. I keep most addons unpinned. This is obnoxious behavior and makes me resent having to use keeper.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Olle Vidner, a year agoRecently started using Keeper in work, which seems to work okay in itself. This extension, however, doesn't. It basically hangs Firefox and makes it consume memory until there is no more to consume – and I have plenty. Must disable it to not kill my whole system due to memory shortage. Haven't been able to log in yet. Version 16.7.6 on Firefox 123.0 (64-bit), macOS 12.7.2 (x86).
- Rated 1 out of 5by Batwam, a year agoI don't like having to create an account to use a simple extension so that's a no from me
- Rated 1 out of 5by Paul Galbraith, a year agoJust doesn't work with Yubikey. Can't even log in. Support response is to brush you off with the typical "delete everything and try again" rather than making any effort to diagnose and fix the problem.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13462522, a year agoAfter latest update, there is issue with yubikey.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Smidgeons, 2 years agoDoesn't work after latest release. At first it would log in but refuse to populate anything and now I can't even log in.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18026154, 2 years agoSSO login does not work anymore. The extension is unusable.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 16671778, 2 years agoLatest update refuses to log me in. Completely useless now.
Had to roll back to 16.5.4. Thank goodness Firefox keeps a version history! (Thanks Mozilla).
They really do not care about Firefox users. That's been obvious before and it's even more obvious now. Nobody tested this. - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18023448, 2 years agoLatest version (16.6.0) not filling in password any more at all.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 16396518, 2 years agoHad to downgrade due to 16.6.0 being broken and non-functional. Suggest Keeper Security Inc. actually apply quality control before issuing faulty updates. Also, a lot doesn't work on a LOT of sites.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Gisk, 2 years agoVersion 16.6.0 doesn't recognize any site stored in my vault. I had to downgraded to version 16.5.4 and disable auto update.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Luca, 2 years agoLast version 16.6.0 does not work at all. I have to move back on 16.5.4

- Rated 1 out of 5by Jack, 2 years agoThe most recent update has made it mostly dysfunctional. Before this it wasn't perfect, but it did what it needed to do and was a little bit better than most other password managers. Now all features related to autofill does not work. How such a massive flaw made its way into a release I have no idea
- Rated 1 out of 5by LJSec, 2 years agoHow this password manager has got so big is beyond me, the functionality is rubbish. The auto fill doesn't work (ever). Sometimes the extension fails to even load. It never recognizes when you change your password so you have to change everything manually and generally it's a lot more difficult to use than other password managers out there.
Update: After an update the browser extension doesn't even load. Changing to 2 star from 1 star
