- Rated 5 out of 5by KBlack69Z, 3 days agoWorks for 95% plus the way I want it too, and I also have Keeper, Roboform, and Dashlane. I test and use them. But Nordpass I really like the functionality and the feature set. Most have these features or similar, or most of them, but it just feels right. If only I could get Nord to understand, I know my master password, but I do NOT know my Nord account password with them, so I have to use another PW manager, usually keeper, to unlock the Nord Acct password. (THis may not be an issue for a lot of people, but is for me as I use it) It seems they would have something for that, like a email token option to use or cellphone verification when they want Account authentication again, which is rare thank goodness.
- Rated 2 out of 5by Firefox user 18833897, 3 days agoWindows hello login suddenly broken. When I try to login to the browser extension using fingerprint, the prompt opens but it's just a blank white window that doesn't resolve a webpage.

- Rated 1 out of 5by DukenuKoen, 6 days agoI would have given it 5 stars before it went offline. But when it went offline I had to search for information as to why it was not available anymore. I found some post on Reddit, but the Nord-account stopped providing us with updates or replies. Leaving us in the dark for weeks is just lousy customer service. I have cancelled my (second) 3-year subscription on all Nord-services, after being a loyal paying customer for years. Sad to do so, but this is NOT how you treat your customers.

- Rated 1 out of 5by SilentOcean, 8 days agoSince the new update, the interface doesn't even show up when I want to enter into my accounts on various websites. So it's absolute useless for me at the moment.

posted 7 days agoHi there! Sorry to hear about the trouble with the interface since the update. Could you please email our support team at support@nordpass.com? They'd love to investigate this issue and help you get back on track! - Rated 1 out of 5by cwild, 8 days agoWhen opening the extension, I suddenly have to agree that Nordpass collects information that violates my privacy. If I don't agree, I have to remove the extension! (Copied from another review).
Besides that, I've only had problems so far. The new extension won't let me log in and seems to get stuck loading.
Before that, no Firefox extension for weeks.
This software is a pure mess.

posted 8 days agoHi! We understand your frustration with the consent that we present you. In terms of your data, nothing has changed. The mentioned information is collected in order to provide the key functionality - mainly autofill and autosave, where we need to collect information such as email and website addresses. This data is securely encrypted and is not reachable to us, but if the consent is not given to process this data in an encrypted form, we cannot offer a critical functionality of our extension as it simply becomes unusable.
The reason you see the consent now, but not before, is that Mozilla currently requires it to be presented to extension users and a consent must be given in order to provide the service. Without the consent, we cannot provide it. This is a requirement to all password managers (some still to refuse to apply it).
We leave up to the user to decide if they want to share the interaction with extension data and this consent is unchecked by default. - Rated 4 out of 5by Jay, 8 days agoWorks as intended... most of the time. The only issue I've come across is, sometimes I will have to sign in multiple times in order to actually get into the extension. Otherwise, pretty solid. Autofill works like a charm. Seamless transition between desktop and mobile. Passkeys also work beautifully.
