- Rated 1 out of 5by Evilmonkee, 7 months agoShouldn't take nearly 2 weeks to fix this. At the very least you should have rolled back to the previous version until you can find a fix.

Apologies for the temporary inconvenience. -N.L. - Rated 3 out of 5by Vynax, 7 months agoIf your Firefox crash after NordVPN's April 2024 update, use the Task Manager to shutdown Firefox completely.
Then press shift when you restart Firefox, you should be able to use Firefox without any extension enabled ( safe mode ).
Disable NordVPN extension and restart Firefox, you should be able to use Firefox normaly for now.Developer response

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 12671498, 7 months agoRecent update forces all tabs to reload upon startup, causing excessive memory usage and crashes. Please revert this change ASAP.

Please accept our apologies in the meantime. -L.L. - Rated 1 out of 5by Mampfilein, 7 months agoSince the latest update it'll reload ALL tabs on startup causing massive freezes and network activity depending on how many tabs you had open. Completely unusable in its current state please fix this issue immediately

posted 7 months agoHello. Our team is aware of the issues with the latest update, and we will release a fix as soon as possible. Sorry for this inconvenience! -L.L. - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 15309897, 7 months agoI have the same issue as other users. All my tabs in Firefox are loading on start-up. I use the extension because Google does not load when I am connected with the desktop app only. Somehow with this plugin I bypass this issue.
I have tried all the commands around the tabs loading in Firefox config but it does not matter, the extension bypasses them no matter what. Only deactivating the extension resolves the issue.
I tried deleting and re-adding the extension. Nothing at all. It is sad. We pay for this service and it doesn't work. Please fix it. The issue happened to me yesterday as Firefox updated to latest version.Developer response

- Rated 5 out of 5by ledov, 8 months agoI usually use the "auto connect" option. It works (debian 12.5) as it should. But I would like a browser add-on to be able to a) know that the connection is established; b) disable and enable the connection on a system-wide (not just browser) level.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13880368, 8 months agoIt stopped working a few months ago (2024) ... It can no longer logged in... Firefox would launch the Nord VPN log in webpage, but after a successful log in, the Nord VPN Add-ons would still be asking you to log in :-(
