- Rated 2 out of 5by Roger V., 5 years agoIt would be great... if only I could set up a password vault. Something's broken, and it keeps saying "something went wrong, please try again later". That's not very helpful, Symantec. Yet to report problem to Symantec.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Joe, 5 years agoThe first problem that I found was that copying and pasting the URL that needs the PW does not work. Had to use DOS shortcut to make it work (CTRL/V).
Second, the server is down. Apparently, Norton does not feel that this feature of its software is very important. It if stays down, I am removing this add-on forever. - Rated 5 out of 5by 鷺坂忠和, 5 years ago
- Rated 3 out of 5by HollyAllison, 5 years agoIt works on my Windows 10 PC desktop. They upgrade it regularly, work out the glitches later but it still manages to function- on the *desktop* where original NS File lives. However, I have never been successful: Saving or printing NPW addresses/passwords anywhere. The program will not allow it to be printed nor saved (in the event of a crash why not?). Painfully learned lessons: Never rely on Norton Cloud nor their separately, annually c$arged NOLBU Program. So, NPM does not funciton on Android products: Amz Fire10 Tablet (ok, nothing works w/Silk), LG-G6 SmartPhone, regardless how many times it's been downloaded, Symantec does not care that I've been overcharged annually for NS & it's promise of "Up to 5 Devices", nor do they want to believe (care) that Auto-Renewal "Is Disabled every year!". It has re-abled itself , w/out Notice and there is no equivalent word translatable between America (English) and India for "Refund"- not in Chat or in Call Centers. Caveat: When experimenting by downloading the entire, memory hog, NS Program, enabling *every* feature of NS on "Other Devices" , PWM functioned, albeit slowly & sporadically. The Trade Off is obvious, a bad memory for the willingness to provide Symantec 100% Permission to manage my devices. Never gain.
