- Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 17517465, a year agoI love the fact, that my passwords are always there.
I, intensely dislike, that I have to open it, every time I use it, unless I don't closeout my from what I'm doing, on the computer. That is very frustrating.
The reason I use it. is that the free password sites are troublesome.
Especially Last Pass!!! - Rated 3 out of 5by FLB, a year ago

- Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 14306928, a year agoI've been using Norton products off and on and overall happy. Finally after the major breach of LastPass a few weeks ago in Dec/Nov of 2022, I decided to change all my passwords quickly and migrate them to NPM which is kinda crude compared to LastPass.
1. NPM locks me out of my vault daily or per browser session, it's annoying. I know it's a security risk but I should be offered a warning and be able to leave it open since I only use it on my desktop at home only, and not on any of my mobile devices!
2. The add-on icon is invisible in FireFox 108's dark mode. Maybe you should make it yellow to match the rest of Norton colors.
3. NPM's Safety Dashboard offers no feature to remove or merge duplicate accounts.
4. NPM gave me an overall strength score of 94. Yay!
(I'll never get a score of 100 because some sites only allow me to store a 4 digit numerical pin!)
5. I'll bump my stars to 5 once items 1-3 are fixed or improved.
Many Thanks. - Rated 3 out of 5by Sue, 2 years agoVery glitchy in getting into the app when using the add-on in different devices. Fails to link to my mobile number with no information as to what the problem is. I usually give up even trying! When I'm actually finally into the add-on when I have the time to spare, I find it to work ok.

- Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 15567031, 2 years agoFirefox browser extension has functioned, but link is frequently broken so unable to enter master password... Extension functionality is unreliable. I want to like this because of the Norton name, but I'm losing faith in the product.

- Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 14254727, 3 years agoConstant issues with long-running scripts with "Unresponsive Script Warning). I have unistalled and reinstalled but problem continues. Not compatible with FireFox.
- Rated 3 out of 5by Rudolf_Snail, 4 years agoIt's okay, it sort of works, but is vastly worse when compared to the competition, like 1password which I chose and strongly prefer.

- Rated 3 out of 5by rhon, 4 years agoWorked nice for awhile. Then it required me to sign into my symantec account every time I wanted to access my vault. So now, I need to sign it to symantec and then sign into my vault. Don't know why it quit allowing direct vault sign in, but the added step is a pain.

- Rated 3 out of 5by HollyAllison, 4 years agoIt works on my Windows 10 PC desktop. They upgrade it regularly, work out the glitches later but it still manages to function- on the *desktop* where original NS File lives. However, I have never been successful: Saving or printing NPW addresses/passwords anywhere. The program will not allow it to be printed nor saved (in the event of a crash why not?). Painfully learned lessons: Never rely on Norton Cloud nor their separately, annually c$arged NOLBU Program. So, NPM does not funciton on Android products: Amz Fire10 Tablet (ok, nothing works w/Silk), LG-G6 SmartPhone, regardless how many times it's been downloaded, Symantec does not care that I've been overcharged annually for NS & it's promise of "Up to 5 Devices", nor do they want to believe (care) that Auto-Renewal "Is Disabled every year!". It has re-abled itself , w/out Notice and there is no equivalent word translatable between America (English) and India for "Refund"- not in Chat or in Call Centers. Caveat: When experimenting by downloading the entire, memory hog, NS Program, enabling *every* feature of NS on "Other Devices" , PWM functioned, albeit slowly & sporadically. The Trade Off is obvious, a bad memory for the willingness to provide Symantec 100% Permission to manage my devices. Never gain.

Not to the side, where it would make sense, but directly on top, so that every interaction is obtrusive. Norton, could you maybe give us the option to have the dialog appear to the side? If you do, I will up my rating.
