posted 3 years agoVery sorry to hear that... Are you able to provide me what Operating System you were using (Windows, Mac, etc) and which file hosting service? (Drive, Dropbox, Box). The symptoms sound like it may be due to an api change related to token expiration, which means syncmarx is long overdue for an update.

Syncing to Google Drive from Google Chrome (75.0.3770.142) seems to work, but all attempts to sync with Firefox (68.0) using the same profile linked to Google Drive fail (Pull force, sync,...).

posted 6 years agoI have actually added Google Drive support as of Oct 24th. I also plan to add more services soon :)- Rated 1 out of 5by naszat, 7 years agoDosen't work. Plugin icon is ok, but after clicking it shows dialog with Please wait, and you can wait forever. No configuration options available from extensions menu.

posted 7 years agoI'm sorry to hear that! Of course since the app is still in alpha there are bound to be some kinks. I will log your issue and be sure it gets investigated. If you have any other detail on the issue, such as what version of Firefox you were using, please let me know as it would be helpful. I hope you'll try Syncmarx again some time once it reaches a more stable beta!
