Unfortunately, the tool is only semi-useful. It does not renew the “no videos from this channel” entry when it is deleted by YouTube, but cuts out the channel or video. This leads to the fact that after 30-50 blocked channels you are permanently sitting in front of a seemingly empty start page, because YouTube still fills it with the channels you don't want to see.

Очень сильно замедляет загрузку видеороликов на главной странице Ютуб. Firefox предупреждает о замедлении загрузки страницы из-за этого дополнения. Мне оно нравится и я хотел бы его оставить, но оно реально мешает, иногда даже курсор пропадает с экрана и появляется когда загрузятся все картинки видео на главной странице. После отключения дополнения главная станица Ютуб загружается значительно быстрее. нужно оптимизировать дополнение

"Report a bug on this page" This menu is so annoying.

Use to be wonderful. But, while I can still block channels, which is great, it has started to hide any random channel when I type it in the search box... that have not been blocked... which is becoming increasingly frustrating ... but it hasnt been updated in over a year, so this might not be fixed ...

works but slows down firefox

Functional but requires copy/pasting desired channels/videos into a separate menu. The formerly working BlockTube just did this through a right-click menu which is far more convenient. The only thing in the right-click menu for this is "report a bug".

Does not work properly, doesn't filter out recommends or the "explore" section. Kinda pointless now. :/

this addon works, but its UX is poor - you cannot block a channel from the Trending / Main page

It used to work nicely, but since the latest YT changes, the blocked channels show up in the trending section and whatnot. It's now nearly useless.

Not much use... Worked for a day, next morning when the machine was re-booted offending videos/channels were back and the 'X' had stopped working! - It was there, it had just stopped doing anything other than flickering when clicked! - It's also not easy (or maybe not possible) to get it to just tackle YouTube's recommendations without completely blocking channels! - Just, no good... What I really need is a one-click blocker that also sends YouTube the 'not interested' message - and doesn't die after 24 hours!
