- Rated 1 out of 5by Hundvd7, 2 months agoYou need to stop fucking with the default settings.
I do not want to set subtitles to Off, nor do I want them set to On.
Also the settings UI cannot be scrolled properly and should just be a page in the settings...
And why would you set Autoplay to On as a default? - Rated 1 out of 5by MaxDuke, 3 months ago

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 17816614, 4 months agoThe newest update stopped it from working. So I went to the previous update and it worked for a while but it's inconsistent with maintaining desired video quality

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 17141374, 8 months agoMy default resolution is 1080p, I want all videos to be played by default in 1080p, even when I watch a individual video in 1440p or 2160p, I want videos watched after that to default to 1080p, but this add-on is not performing that function. When I play a video in 1440p or 2160p, all the videos I play after that also play in 1440p or 2160p.Very disappointing.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Greg Palmer, 8 months agoThis has worked for me in the past with intermittent issues setting the playback speed. The September update completely broke it for me. I am using this with Firefox on Android.
- Rated 1 out of 5by IG, 8 months agoOn mobile it's awkward, you need to click and scroll 3 times to press the add-on button, it's less without the extension in YouTube.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Whatnah78, 9 months agoThis extension no longer works!!!! No sure what broke it but no matter what I do I cannot get it to work. Some days it would work but then after closing Firefox then opening back up again it would just be broken...

- Rated 1 out of 5by Viacheslav, 9 months agoBefore September 2023 this extension worked a most of time normally (but occasionally i saw YouTube in wrong resolution - i closed Firefox and stopped it forcefully via operating system settings and started again - the extension worked again). After a middle of September the extension totally not working. When i open Firefox menu and Extensions submenu and tap to YouTube High Definition extension - nothing opens! Reinstall extension did not help, reinstall Firefox, reboot and reinstall Firefox - did not help (Google Pixel 4a, Android 13)
- Rated 1 out of 5by Justin Baits, 9 months agoThe last update broke a lot of functionality. Defaulting to 1.5x playback speed does not work. Quality settings are inconsistent. Used to be great but no longer does the things it should.
