by pound_hash, 3 years ago- it doesn't always work
- the context menu is sloppy; the setting labeled "zoom" only links to a YouTube page
- the "options" are not accessible from the context menu
- the "options" page is poorly formatted
- filing an issue is cumbersome; you can't even attach a screenshot easily
- everything is poorly translated

- Rated 4 out of 5by chia, a month agoLove this extension! But sadly, the magnifying glass doesn't work in the current update. Still helpful with the customize zoom on different sites and the slider. Thanks!

Can you check you are using the latest Firefox version. Also, about the magnifying glass, have you tried to refresh the web page?

“Doesnt work” do not provide much information what does not work. Do you see not the Z icon in the Firefox toolbar? Or do you see not the content inside the zoom popup panel? Or will it zoom not in/out on that certain website?
Please check if you are using the latest AndroidOS. And that you are using the latest Firefox web browser version.

- Rated 3 out of 5by Tuxitoz, a year agoExtension works, but compared to the Chrome Version of the extension, it doesn't work very well as the zoom isn't centered as it zooms only in and out of the left part of the website

Have you changed the setting in the Zoom Options page to "CSS style"? That should solve this problem.

- Rated 5 out of 5by PukeyLuke, a year agoIt's a very simple app which i like, you have 3 symbols -100%+ that's it, you click the + button to zoom in incrementally or - to zoom out. What I really like is when you go back to that page, let's say eBay it remembers your choice, for me it's 120% so everytime I go to eBay it's set to 120%, very simple, that's all I want. 5 stars from me
- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 14234915, 2 years agoIt does not integrate with Firefox's native zoom

In the Zoom Options page, you can change the browser zoom engine to "font-size", "CSS" and browser built-in.

- Rated 5 out of 5by Visual Notes, 3 years agoExtremely useful extension for large screens, for example, when web applications display text too small. The zoom level can be set individually for each domain, which works fine without any delay. Support is fast and helpful, I was pleased to find this out when I didn't know how to zoom pages that work with iframes. In my experience, of all the comparable zoom addons, this one is by far the best.

- Rated 5 out of 5by Allan Chain, 3 years agoThe convenient scrolling + web CSS zoom is just what i am searching for!
- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 15573474, 4 years agoThank you for this, but I just found out that I no longer need it.
In Firefox's preferences, I can set the minimum zoom level (for ex.: 150%) for all sites, and if in about:config "browser.zoom.siteSpecific" is set to "true", Firefox remembers the zoom level for each site. - Rated 4 out of 5by molitar, 4 years agoWorks great if you make sure to only use two settings.
1. Use the built-in browser zoom
2. Zoom at web page level
Do not use the zoom at domain level because your other sites will not reset default zoom back to 100 on all other sites. Using these two options you can set Zoom level for specific sites and not affect others. The other Zoom option types mess up the X and Y coordinates so don't use the defaults.Developer response

- Rated 4 out of 5by Crumb, 4 years agoThis addon is very good. But there's one little issue. When the font zoom is set, then if you increase font size in a website which contains hidden / collapsed text, it does not affect the font size of this text after unfolding it. Like in live-journal posts and comments.
UPD: I disabled all extension esxcept your ZOOM. The effect is the same: the unfolded text in lj has a smaller size than the text before the unfold button. I have to manually trigger Zoom button (plus then minus) to bring font size to norm.Developer response
posted 4 years agoHi there,
Do you use any other Firefox extensions in the background? Try to disable that one by one except Zoom.
