    - it doesn't always work
    - the context menu is sloppy; the setting labeled "zoom" only links to a YouTube page
    - the "options" are not accessible from the context menu
    - the "options" page is poorly formatted
    - filing an issue is cumbersome; you can't even attach a screenshot easily
    - everything is poorly translated

    Sorry you have had this bad experience.
    Do not use the review section as a support forum. And do you still have this issue in the latest Zoom Firefox extension version?

    Sorry you have had this bad experience.
    What didn't work well? Have you tried to change the Zoom engine in the Zoom Options page.
