di Kevin, 9 mesi faI'm a long-time Protonmail user, but I've never used any login or password manager prior to this. Proton Pass is a godsend: Open-source audited code, secure end-to-end encrypted service, great functionality (with more added as time goes on) - and all from a highly trusted developer. Proton Pass is also free, which is possible due to paying users - just like the rest of the Proton ecosystem.
I also really like their alias creation system, and works brilliantly with my Protonmail.
I believe in Proton and their mission statement: "a better internet starts with privacy and freedom." Their products, including free Proton Pass, is a testament to this. Proton Pass + Firefox is a match made in heaven.

That said, they could make the extension easier to use if they chose to. For example, if you want a new password field - not _the_ password field but _a_ new password field, your only recourse is to click on the huge plus, generate a password, then click edit on the item, create a new hidden text field and paste the generated password, being very careful not to allow anything to interfere with your clipboard in the interim. What a disaster. The gold standard (1Password) has a dedicated "password" field and underneath that field is a dedicated "generate password" action
The fact that Proton Pass has been stuck in this 2000s UX for as long as I've been using it demonstrates that they really don't care at all about their users, no matter how many "vote for features!!11" forums they offer - Valutata 5 su 5di Utente Firefox 14968070, 2 ore faSuper easy to use. Nice knowing all your passwords are safely stored and encrypted on Proton servers.

- Valutata 5 su 5di DJ, 15 ore faI've been using it for quite some time now (6 months+). I moved from 1Password to Proton suite. Proton Pass works just fine. it lacks the many options I've had in 1Pass, but honestly, barely used more than 2-3 categories.
So far, I've found only 2 websites that create a bit of an issue, by not allowing the login credentials to auto-populate.
Using the Unlimited (paid) version, totally worth it - Valutata 5 su 5di Wiking793, 15 ore fa
