- Valutata 5 su 5di Velvitonator, 4 mesi faAlready excellent and always improving. Easier to use than 1Password and just as private and robust.
Along with the usual password manager set of features, you can also create e-mail aliases to hide you actual one, which in this day and age is an indispensable tool to put you in control of your identity online.
Proton also have shown responsiveness to community requests, implementing many features on their feature request hub in a relatively short amount of time.
One caveat is that if you're a Mac or iPhone user, you may need to read carefully what the feature available on your platform are. Everything seems to be on par now, but a Safari extension took significantly longer than the Chrome and Firefox ones, and older Macs had trouble installing even the desktop version. The iPhone app has also historically been a little behind the curve, but seems to have caught up. Ironically, the best way to change this situation is for more iDevice users to (vocally) use the extension! - Valutata 3 su 5di RokeJulianLockhart, 4 mesi fa

- Valutata 5 su 5di Scott, 4 mesi faI've been a diehard BitWarden user for years now. It's all I've recommended to friends and family. That is until I discovered the Proton family of apps. Proton Pass does everything BitWarden does plus so much more.
Key Features for me:
1) The ability to have it lock behind a pin code after a short time.
2) Create email aliases on the fly without having to create a full login when signing up for a newsletters or whatever.
3) Pass Monitor: It tells me how many weak and reused passwords I have so I can remedy that, 1 by 1.
4) Aesthetics. Obviously minor for such a utilitarian app but it just looks good.
So much more. It's the best password manager I've used to date. Is it worth buying into the Proton family of apps? It's 1 piece in the puzzle but pairing it with ProtonVPN, Mail and Drive, yes, absolutely it is. You CAN use ProtonPass for free, forever but believe me when you dive into the Proton family of apps. You'll want to buy in and you won't regret it.
If you don't mind a few bucks a month to fully open up the full set of features (You can use most things with fewer features for free), Proton is pretty difficult to beat. Not to mention the 'everything encrypted' standard of Proton. It was an easy decision for me after just a few days of test driving. - Valutata 1 su 5di Mitro, 4 mesi faI love Proton, but Proton Pass is way too unpredictable. Quite often, it just won't show accounts/passwords that I've got stored in it. Hugely frustrating, and not something I've experienced with any other password manager.

pubblicato il 4 mesi faThat doesn't sound right. Please try logging out, then logging back into the extension to see if the entries reappear. If that doesn't work, you can also try the manual sync option that can be found by clicking the Proton Pass icon in the top-left corner of the extension → Advanced. Lastly, do not hesitate to contact us using the 'Feedback & Help' option with more details so we can investigate further. - Valutata 5 su 5di Halbour, 4 mesi faYou cannot go wrong with Proton Pass. I'd definitely recommend this add-on for everything you need!

Works acceptable so far, but still has some annoying bugs, which do not limit the function anyway.
For example, when clicking on the icon of the addon in the browser, the input is not switched to the pin field (to enter the psw/pin to unlock the password manager), so that you have to click in there again to enter the pin,
or many password fields are simply not recognized.
The import of another password manager also worked, but many logins are not recognized because they come from apps or something and the app in turn does not recognize many logins even though they exist, so that many things are now created twice.
It's also annoying that you can't duplicate entries or copy them to another vault.
Credit cards are not supported in the free version, but perfectly acceptable. I find the family subscription too expensive. And a maximum number of 2 safes is annoying, but also acceptable for free.Replica dello sviluppatore
pubblicato il 4 mesi faThank you for your review. Regarding the first issue, we were unable to reproduce it on our end, meaning the input automatically switched to the PIN field whenever we clicked on the Proton Pass extension. That said, can you let us know what version of the extension you currently have installed? Also, what version of Firefox are you running? Do you have any other extensions installed?
As for the import issue, can you let us know which specific password manager you imported the entries from? We have a dedicated guide for importing to Proton Pass at https://proton.me/support/pass-import.
In regard to the issue with sharing, would you mind describing it further? We'd be more than happy to help, but we need some basic details to work with.
On a different note, we're working on improving the autofill for all websites reported by our community. That said, feel free to flag any problematic websites to us through the 'Feedback & Help' option so we can note your feedback for future improvements. In the process, you can also provide us with some answers to the questions we asked previously so we can assist you further with the issues you're experiencing.
Lastly, keep in mind that we do not profit off your data, and the only way we maintain our services, as well as make free accounts possible, is through the support of our paying users. This is why we offer paying users access to additional features and capabilities. Nonetheless, we appreciate all your feedback and we have documented it accordingly, including your feature requests for duplicating entries/copying entries to another vault. - Valutata 5 su 5di tonky, 4 mesi fa
