Blue Blocker by Liquid Nitrogen

by bartku, 2 years agoI would LOVE an on/off button! I need to manually switch the extension on and off, as there are many "good" blue checkmarks on my main feed that I want to keep (retweeted by those I follow).
EDIT: So how I use it is point the browser at some juicy tweet, with lots of dumb blue checkmark replies, and then switch the extension on in the Add-ons manager. Then I get logged out after a while, log back in and repeat.
Great thing about the extension is that it caches all the accounts to block, so even if you get logged out, and logged out you will be, when you get back, the list just waits for you to reactivate the extension.
Really satisfying!

- Rated 2 out of 5by Anicka dlc, a month agoThe Add-on used work great but when Twitter changed the domain to X.com, the developer didn't update it. so it doesn't work on x.com but it does in twitter.com (although it redirects automatically to x if you access via twitter.com)

posted 3 days agoHi the extension has been updated to address the x.com switch, unfortunately we've had all of our updates held up in the Mozilla review process - Rated 1 out of 5by no, a month agoHas not worked at all for months, seems they stopped updating the firefox version

posted 7 days agoUnfortunately, we don't know. Feel free to check the Github (https://github.com/kheina-com/Blue-Blocker) to see the latest news- Rated 5 out of 5by Luka Đ., 3 months agoIt's great and all but the update that fixes the change to x.com still not being pushed is very annoying. I understand that this is outside of the extension developers power, but it's still a problem, especially on android where you can't install add-ons from a file
- Rated 5 out of 5by maikcheck, 4 months agoLoaded as a temporary add-on and works perfectly. Reloading after every browser restart isn't a problem for me personally, but fingers crossed Mozilla approves of the update eventually.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18523631, 4 months agoIt just doesn't work anymore. Before May i was a lifesaver, then nothing. Having read on github about newest version i removed and reinstalled addon, nothing. Dont bother adding to Firefox. To make it work you have to go through the palava of going to github grabbing a zip and then running as a temp addon

- Rated 2 out of 5by KlooKloo, 5 months agoAccording to Mozilla, extension author Liquid Nitrogen "need[s] to submit an updated version that addresses the issues the review team has outlined." So it's apparently NOT Mozilla's fault?
