- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 6754360, 7 years agoThis is a good replacement so far for FG.
One thing I miss: being able to highlight text, perform a gesture, and search for that selected text using your default search provider.
For all the negative reviewers, please read the description carefully, and understand that not all features can be imported into extensions. Stop punishing the developers of new add-ons for things out of their control, its counter-productive. - Rated 1 out of 5by syun, 7 years agoPlease add "Scroll to right" and "Scroll to left" to built-in commands.

- Rated 5 out of 5by BelFox, 7 years agoI want to thank the developer of this add-on for providing us with a great alternative for FireGestures. The gestures work smoothly, the options panel is exemplary and many, many options are available to customize your experience. Must-have add-on!! Thanks again!
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13489439, 7 years agoDoesn't work. Opens context menu. Firefox Quantum.
- Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 13484316, 7 years agoIt's decent and has all the basic features. But there's a really frustrating thing about using this, every time you click the right mouse button for a gesture, it also brings up a context menu which you have to click out of. Probably not going to be able to tolerate this for more than a week and will uninstall as soon as I find an alternative (assuming that this context menu thing is not FF57 limitation that all mouse gesture addons will face).

- Rated 2 out of 5by Firefox user 13479059, 7 years agoOK I guess, but the permissions it requires seem excessive and it doesn't work in new tab pages or any FF Preferences or add-on pages. I'll be on the lookout for a replacement PDQ.

- Rated 5 out of 5by stackrat, 7 years agoWhen FF57 hit (killing FireGestures), this was a LIFESAVER! THANK YOU!!! Only comment is, please give some more documentation (and maybe some more examples) for user scripts. I'm not a programmer, but I managed to write one for FG that would HistoryBack and would CloseTab if it couldn't go back any further. I would LOVE to have that functionality back.
- Rated 3 out of 5by funicorn, 7 years agocannot work well in Firefox 57 on linux OS. Context menu pops up while using mouse gesture.
- Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 13473479, 7 years agoIs there a workaround to use gestures on empty pages and also this website? I tried previous tab and History back....
- Rated 5 out of 5by weixia, 7 years agoOn Linux, when the gesture button is set to "Right", just double-click the right mouse button to bring up the context menu .The author adds this option to those who are accustomed to the right mouse button
- Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 13471320, 7 years agoif i set right mouse button for gesture, and if i use that,

- Rated 1 out of 5by Isthatyourzebra, 7 years agoDoesn't work in blank or setting tabs. Has an option for moving to the right tab but not the left. Requires too many permissions.
Developer response
posted 7 years agoIt does have a Previous Tab option. Look again. Uses exactly as many permissions as necessary. Remember that people want to do things in user scripts.
